Dandruff is an extremely annoying skin disorder of the scalp. It is a problem that affects half of the world population. There are many natural dandruff remedies that may help you to get rid of dandruff.

1. One of the common natural dandruff remedies is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is an important ingredient of many anti-dandruff shampoos.

2. Add two spoonfuls pure vinegar in six spoonfuls water, and apply it on the scalp with cotton wool before going to bed. Wash your hair next morning. After shampooing, rinse again with vinegar water. Continue this once a week for at least three months.

3. Use a medicated anti-dandruff shampoo. It will reduce the speed of the growth of the cells on the scalp, thus lessening the cell replacement and decreasing the amount of dandruff. The shampoo should also have an antiseptic that will help prevent infection of your scalp so as to reduce itchiness.

4. Stop using hairsprays, gels and hair-coloring products. They are the main culprit that harms your hair and scalp.

5. Another natural dandruff remedy is neem oil. It gives relief from itchiness and redness of scalp associated with dandruff and psoriasis conditions.

6. Restrict yourself from changing shampoos everyday and stick to one that suits your constitution and scalp condition. Always keep the scalp clean by regular cleansing to prevent hair fall and other hair related problems.

7. Mix one teaspoon lemon juice with two teaspoons vinegar. Massage this mixture to the scalp. After massaging, apply egg shampoo to the hair. This is a very common natural dandruff remedy.

8. Boil two cups dried thyme and water in a span of 10 minutes. When the concoction cools, massage the hair and scalp and let it stay for half an hour. Then wash with water.

I wish I could tell you that there is a one size fits all natural anxiety remedy, but there is not.  Anxiety in the body is affecting you at many different levels. If you can back away, and get distance between you and the negative energy. You do not want to flee this will only build more negative energy instead , then turn yourself away from it. Focus on a positive energy source.

I began having panic attacks after having dental work done. They covered up my face, and put the dental dam in, and I felt like I was choking on my own saliva, and I panicked, Big time.

Bolted upright, and sent the dental tray flying, and my $400 dollar crown smashed on the floor. The dentist, and staff asked me not to come back.. So I know what panic is, and I still can't go to the dentist without the gnawing that eats at my stomach all the way there, but when I arrive I find something to focus on if I should  the hot flush, and panic rising. I will concentrate on that spot. I also download a book on my mp3, and I listen to it in situations that I feel uncomfortable in, and usually I am so engrossed (if it is a good book) that I have had less panic attacks.

If you are uncomfortable at social events or gatherings (I have this too) keep yourself busy with a task or job. I always volunteer to clean, dishes and by being busy I keep myself distracted. Also having a support person, that can help you though the anxiety. If you feel anxious you can take their hand, or have them help distract you. I have many brooches or pins I wear out in social situations. I call them my conversation pins, because they are unique and someone always comments which starts a conversation, and I find sometimes I really enjoy the conversations that develop, and I forget that I worried, felt anxious and dreaded going all day.

I also have found that Valerian root, passion flower, and magnesium combined are very helpful, but to get the most benefit from Valerian root, it needs to be taken for 7-10 days for the blood levels to rise.

Finding a distinctive element is key to gaining control over panic attacks, rather than them controlling you!

Repeating the same action frequently in a week will bring positive results to your acne condition.

1. The use honey mixed with cinnamon works a wonder for acne sufferers. Take 3 tablespoons of raw honey and mixed with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. 3. The secret of cucumber- grated cucumber is considered as the best toner for the skin. You may also apply fresh tomato juice with a piece of cotton before placing the cucumber. By applying grated cucumber slices on the face, eyes, and neck for 15 to 20 minutes a day for a week or so, you can eliminate persistent blackhead and pimples and prevent future apparition of acne.
