Causes and Remedies for Excessive Sweating
Stress, anxiety and depression are the underlying causes of having unnecessary sweating. The conditions are treated discretely and when treated, the possibility of decreasing too much sweating is attainable. Foods like garlic, onions and anything spicy must be eaten in moderate amount if we are going through odor problems from sweating too much. The reason behind this is these foods will only intensify the foul smell.

The following are some ways to prohibit sweating severely:
• Maintain the armpits well-shaved and fresh if the major problem lies in the underarm. Microbes that develop in the underarms and stay in the hair are reasons why we can smell horrible odor.
• Treating the underarm area with a 20% aluminum chloride solution will help block the sweat from the sweat glands by causing them to swell. As a result, sweat may not get into the topmost layer of the skin. Reduction of sweat may be permanent when you continually use the solution because there is a chance that it could shrink the sweat glands.
•Adding grapes and grape juice to your diet will help cool your body, which will reduce excessive sweating.
•Also, some drinks help make the body cool and decrease sweating such as buttermilk and tomato juice. Make drinking buttermilk a habit. If using tomato juice, drink it daily for one week and then switch to every other day for the second week.
•To reduce foul odor and too much sweat of your underarms, clean it with cotton wool pads which are soaked in water and baking soda.
•Look for a body scrub which has chamomile oil as this is useful to hinder the odor and sweat.
•Wear garments that are made of natural fibers like cotton, wool, and silk. Sweat can be decreased since fibers allow air to come into.
•When the weather is hot, use a hat to protect you from heat and makes your body temperature cool therefore reduce sweating.
